Learning to Deal with Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

I can’t handle it. (Even though I’ve made it this far.)
I’m alone. (Even though I’m connected.)
I’m a fraud. (Except when I do amazing work.)

Maybe it’s a little voice in your head whispering doubt. Or a big one shouting it. As creatives, we all know the feeling — whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, or impostor syndrome. Whatever it is for you, it’s real, and it’s painful. Because what we do is personal.

We design and develop and write and imagine things that have never existed before. And there is inevitable pressure that goes with it. From clients. From managers. From ourselves.

In our final event of 2020 before Creative Best, and for the first time ever, CSCA is addressing the topic of mental and behavioral health in the creative profession. This online event will be a roundtable discussion with mental health professionals and others who will provide an open, honest, and encouraging conversation about these issues, and suggest actionable ways to help cope. Which, given what we’ve all experienced this year, couldn’t come at a better time.

Join us for this one-of-a-kind CSCA event.
